Several Austin IRS workers are angry and protesting to prove it.
Many workers from chapter 2-47 of the National Treasury Employees Union were denied leave for what they call an important holiday.
The workers all received Memorial Day off, but all requests for Tuesday were denied.
They said Austin Accounts Management is not being family friendly and it's cutting into their family time.
"So try to schedule a vacation, months, and months, and months ahead of time, then have it denied as we get close to that date," President of the National Treasury Employee Union Eddie Walker said.
The employees said they earned the leave and had previously negotiated it with the IRS.
About 1,300 employees are represented by the union.
