A viewer called into News 8 to tell us about an unpaid bill that's taking a toll on her.
Lisa Coleman received a $4,000 bill for toll road usage. The problem with the bill is she says she never accrued those charges, having paid 99 percent of the time at the toll booths.
The bill shows Coleman racked up $250 in tolls. The rest of the bill is administrative fees.

Coleman said she never received the repeated invoices TxDOT said it sent to her because TxDOT's third-party agency sent the bills to her old address.
"When you go through, there's a camera that clicks even when you pay them at the booth, there's a click. They take a picture of you no matter what," Coleman said. "I told them, 'you guys have got to do better than this, because I don't know what this is. Looking at some of these dates, I wasn't even in town."
TxDOT says it's looking into the issue and wants to make sure Coleman has not assessed any unnecessary charges.
"We are doing our best to fairly assess fees to customers who use the toll facilities," Mark Cross of TxDOT said.
Cross said when the bill reaches outstanding proportions they have to look at the customer's data history to clear things up.
"When it gets to this point where the customer is just beside themselves, we really have to just sit down and go back a year or two and go over every piece of correspondence, every piece of date we have for that customer," Cross said.
Coleman said TxDOT started the research last fall and things keep getting worse. It's a complicated issue that becomes costlier the longer it takes to clear things up.
