Monday arguments about the infamous Yogurt Shop Murders will once again be heard in an Austin courtroom.
A hearing is scheduled as a preliminary step in the retrial of the men who were convicted of the 1991 murders.
There's a possibility that both Michael Scott and Robert Springsteen will appear in court.
The judge is expected to rule on a prosecution request for a gag order banning defense attorneys from discussing the case with the media. The defendants are objecting to the motion.
Four young men, including Scott and Springsteen, were arrested in 1999, in connection with the murder of four girls. In 1991 the girls were found shot in the head at an 'I Can't Believe It's Yogurt shop' in North Austin.
Both remain in the Travis Count Jail.
