President of Mexico Vicente Fox ended his Austin trip at the University of Texas.
Fox spoke in Spanish to a full house at the LBJ Auditorium.
His speech touched on the communication between the United States and Mexico.
He said he hoped his three-state visit will help strengthen the relationship.
Fox also said he plans to talk with President Bush soon about rights for Mexicans working in the United States.
Fox insisted there are no terrorists in Mexico.
He commended New Mexico for giving undocumented Mexicans the opportunity to get a state drivers license.
There were some demonstrators at the UT address who were concerned the Fox administration is not doing enough to solve the hundreds of deaths of young women in and near Juarez.

Greg Allen was also in attendance at the UT speech. He needs help finding his daughter, Sabrina Allen, now 6, in Mexico.
Greg Allen said Sabrina's mother, Dara Llorens, took Sabrina to Mexico a year-and-a-half ago.
He put together a packet of information about his daughter to give to Fox in hopes that it will lead to her safe return.
"If you compared those pictures to how she looked when she left, you can see her hair's been dyed and she's lost a lot of weight. It's also got the flyer in Spanish and in English. I don't expect the president would spend a lot of time with it, but maybe one of his staff members would take an interest and make something happen," Greg Allen said.
Allen said he was able to give the information, including a letter to Fox, to a security chief.
He said right now there are very little resources in Mexico designated to finding Sabrina.
