A man robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 1601 West 35th St. Wednesday morning.
The suspect showed what appeared to be a small, black semi-automatic gun, demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was hurt in the robbery.
The Austin Police Department identified him as the "Reckless Robber", accused of robbing several Houston-area banks.
APD described the suspect as light-skinned, about 6-feet-tall, with dark brown hair, a medium to heavy build and a round face.
The man was last seen wearing a khaki, long-sleeve button up shirt with dark pants. He also may have carried black hard case.
