The Austin Police Department said a man whose body was pulled from a creek in south Austin Wednesday was homeless.
The body of Martin Aguirre was spotted by nearby apartment residents, in the 300 block of Riverside Drive, between Congress Avenue and Interstate-35.
Police don't suspect foul play, but an official cause of death has not yet been determined.
