Police say a drunk driver led them on a high speed chase from Georgetown to Austin with his three-year-old son in the back seat.
Georgetown police said Timmy Ray Garza III ran a red light Monday night.
When they tried to pull him over, he took off down Interstate-35.
Round Rock and Austin police set out stop sticks to deflate his tires, but Garza just kept driving with his tires flat.
He ended up on Highway 183 and Ed Bluestein Boulevard. Police say he jumped off an embankment, and struggled with officers.
Police tazed Garza and took him into custody.
He's facing a laundry list of charges, including DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
