As part of a trafficking investigation, the Texas Department of Public Safety raided two North Austin homes last Friday.

DPS uncovered more than 600 marijuana plants, worth about $3 million, and more than 40 pounds of harvested marijuana.

DPS said it has seen an increase in indoor operations that produce a higher grade of marijuana.

No arrests have been made.
