Some students got the chance to see what goes on behind the scenes at Austin City Limits Music Festival.
Thursday, the Recording Academy Texas Chapter and GRAMMY SoundChecks hosted 30 students from Austin High School, the University of Texas and Texas State University for a sneak peak at this year's festival.
The unique opportunity gives students the chance to see firsthand what goes into producing the internationally recognized music event.
Some students say the tour has made them even more interested in a music career.
"I feel really privileged to live in Austin. Over the years I've been able to witness a taste of the music business," high school senior Ben Brown said.
The students got to witness part of the setup and even sound checks with some of the artists.
