A prosecutor in the yogurt shop murders case said just because DNA found on one of the victims doesn't match the suspects, it doesn't mean they're innocent.
The existence of a new DNA sample found on one victim was made public during Tuesday's pretrial hearing for Michael Scott and Robert Springsteen.
Prosecutors said the DNA could be from someone unrelated to the crime.
Amy Ayers, Eliza Thomas, Jennifer and Sarah Harbison were killed at the I Can't Believe It's Not Yogurt shop in 1991.
