Kevin Brown's full autopsy report and a toxicology report were released by Travis County Medical Examiner Wednesday.
Brown, 25, was shot and killed by Austin Police Sgt. Michael Olson as Brown ran from Olson early Sunday, June 3. The report indicated that Brown was shot in the back twice and died from those wounds.
The toxicology screen showed that both marijuana and cocaine were present in Brown's system at the time of his death.
Brown was originally detained by police outside of Chester's Nightclub in East Austin. He ran from police into the nearby Elm Ridge Apartments, where he was shot by Olson.
