Whole Foods Market is recalling 6,000 jars of its 365 Everyday Value Kalamata Olive Tapenade because they may contain glass fragments.
Whole Foods says the recalled jars are marked with the number “B.B. 14/09/2009 L 257/06'' and have a time stamp between 14:00 and 16:00.
Jars with time stamps within this range should be discarded and not consumed.
The recall was announced after the company said it received two reports from Texas about glass being found in the jars.
