The Eastwoods Park Association needs your help in honoring a sad little donkey.
Austin has a long-running tradition of celebrating Eeyore's birthday every April.
The infamous party, which is now held at Pease Park, was first held at Eastwoods Park near The University of Texas campus.
The neighborhood hopes to honor that history with a statue of Eeyore made by local artist Bob Coffee.
The group has already raised two-thirds of the funds needed. They still need a little more than $3,000 to move forward with the project.
