A man was found dead in a unit of a fourplex at 22nd and Rio Grande streets just blocks away from the University of Texas campus.
Police received a 911 call around 8:15 a.m. and found a dead white male college student inside the home.
There is no apparent trauma to the victim and no signs of foul play or forced entry into the fourplex.
People staying at a nearby bed and breakfast said they heard party noise coming from the fourplex throughout the night.

Because of the evidence at hand police are considering alcohol as a factor in the man's death.
An autopsy is expected to be performed on the man late Wednesday. Toxicology reports will take a few days to return.
New UT Police Department Chief Robert Dahlstrom has previously said he wants to curb underage drinking.
