Conference promotes benefits of laughter, humor
Perhaps laughter really is the best medicine.
This weekend health experts, teachers, counselors and other professionals are at the Austin Marriott for an annual conference hosted by the Association for Applied Therapeutic Humor.
AATH promotes the theory that a little levity can have many benefits.
"Humor can give you a different perspective, help you health wise, help you get through your day, help your stress, whether it's at work or in your personal life," AATH President Allen Klein said.
