In a follow up story Austin's Kurtiss Colvin out of McCallum High School made the USA boxing national team. He finished second
in his weight class at the USA Boxing nationals tournament in
Denver, Colorado.

Covin Makes USA Boxing Team
Austin's Kurtiss Colvin is on the USA Boxing team and is traveling to Italy with the squad later this summer. Colvin is a member of the Agape Boxing Club out of South Austin.

Colvin will travel with team USA to Italy later this summer. If this had been an Olympic year he would have qualified for the
Olympic Trials.
