Flying kites was a celebration of hard work and day three siblings could spend together.
It took us awhile to put the kites together, but, with some practice, Destiny, Darius and Trey got them to fly.
"We're a good team together," Destiny said.
They encourage each other, and work together and they say they'd like it to stay that way.
"We get to see each other again on October 13," Trey said.
Right now, big sister 13-year old Destiny lives separate from her two younger brothers. The only time they all get to spend together is lunch once a month.

Although they don't always agree, 12-year-old Darius and his brother and sister said they want a family that can bring them together permanently.
Besides a family who can unite them, the trio has a few other requests.
"I want a Christian family. That is a must-have," Destiny said.
They all enjoy church, and they want a family who can continue to bring them there.
Destiny said she hasn't been baptized yet, but she hopes her new family can help her change that. Destiny also has another request.
"I want a family that treats me like I'm their real kid," she said. "I don't want them, when they meet someone to say 'This is my adopted kid,' I want them to say 'This is my daughter Destiny.'"
Darius wants to be treated with fairness.
"I want a family that treats us like young adults," Darius said.
Playful 10-year-old little brother Trey said he has reasons for wanting a forever family.
"You get to stay with them, forever and in a forever home, and in foster care not," Trey said.
While the three of them live apart now, they believe finding the string that will pull them all together is not far away.
"God has everything planned out for me and my brothers. He already knows what family we're going with. He already knows everything. And I've believe that he has our family ready for us." Destiny
Destiny, Darius and Trey said they would love to have a home with other siblings, as long as they're all together.
