Start by cooling off a hot pan with some white wine. Then add butter and add about a cup of diced shallots and garlic.
Once sauce is translucent squeeze in 1 lime and add ½ cup heavy cream.
When sauce reduces to half its size add 1 tsp. of salt, 1 cup coconut milk and ½ cup Coco Lopez coconut milk. Let sit for a few minutes then add 1 tbsp. turmeric, 1 tbsp. curry sauce and 1 tsp. cayenne pepper.
Dip sautéed shrimp into sauce and serve over basmati rice.
