Only a few beds remain at Hostelling International Austin, where the combination of spring break and South by Southwest has staff a little busy.

Program and activities coordinator Erin Coon said this week has been booked solid for more than a month.

She said she enjoys the variety of people the combination of events brings.

"We get a really neat mix of people. Sometimes we get bands come and stay here, sometimes just individuals. Because it's over lots of universities' spring breaks, there's also lots of student groups that come together, which stay here, so that's really neat," she said.

Coon said they are booked solid for South by Southwest music every year.
