An Amber alert has been issued for Angela Rodriguez.
She is 14 years old, 5-feet-1 inch tall, has black hair, brown eyes and weighs about 140 pounds. She was last seen with a man named Joaquin Garcia.
Garcia was driving a 1999 blue-green Chevrolet Malibu four-door, with Texas license plate LHF502.
