Major Cullin Lumpkins has been arrested and charged for an incident occurring off-campus and officials are working to ensure he did not have improper relations with any students.

A Round Rock High School teacher has been charged with sexual assault of a child.

Williamson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Major Cullin Lumpkins Wednesday.

Lumpkins taught Round Rock High School's Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. He is on administrative leave and officials said he will not be returning to campus.

The incident in question occurred off-campus.

School authorities said they are working to ensure Lumpkins did not have improper relations with any students.
