A San Antonio jury found a caregiver guilty of causing bodily injury to an elderly woman.

Alma Berlanga told the jury she was stressed out when she hit an 84-year-old woman two years ago.

The woman's family became suspicious of Berlanga and set up a hidden camera.

At one point, Berlanga is seen forcing food into the elderly woman's mouth.

Berlanga said she was frustrated with the woman and also upset about the lack of support from her employees.
