The Performance Project is for experienced distance runners who are looking to take their running to the next level, and who want the optimal preparation for their next race. Coached by Steve Sisson, University of Texas Women's Assistant Coach, and founder of Rogue Running. This is an ongoing training program that meets Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Grand Opening of MDA Clinic for Lou Gehrig’s Disease Treatment
The Muscular Dystrophy Association has designated the St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center as the site of a new ALS multidisciplinary clinic. The clinic will be officially dedicated on Tuesday, July 8, at 12:30 p.m. in a ceremony hosted by MDA. The Round Rock MDA/ALS clinic is one of 226 facilities across the country to receive such designation.
